Surrey. Dec 1, 2015. #3. This happened on my 08 Fiat 500, it turned out the passenger wiper was too high. If you look on the edges of the wipers you'll see three dots on the window and this is where the wipers need to be. I think it was a 13mm spanner to undo the wiper and moving it down, not had any trouble with mine since.

Another common problem that Fiat Panda users have reported is transmission issues. Common transmission problems are problems changing gears and clutch juddering as you try to change gears. If you have a problem changing gears, this is a sign of a gear selector issue. On the contrary, clutch juddering is caused by a worn-out gear linkage.
Try to follow the wiring to find the earth block as described above and ensure all connections are clean and tight. If that doesn't work, the problem may well lay inside the motor, but as you've tried another, this is unlikely. There is another earth connection in the footwell, near the BCM, which could need checking.
Hey guys, got a problem my panda wipers have gradually stopped working on intermittent and the normal setting, they work on manual wipe and fast wipe but dont return to the off position. Ive had a look inside and the arms are on the splines ok but i notice on the setting that dont work the motor
